GARETT CUPPLES

President

Garett started working in the Oil & Gas Industry in the early 80s operating Hot Oil Units across Alberta. After seeing the need for more operational experience in fabricating this type of equipment, Garett started his own business in the late 90s and went on to buy out a major competitor in Texas in early 2000s. He is proud to call Red Deer home and is involved in many organizations throughout Central Alberta as his way of giving back to our community.

GRAEME UCHTENHAGEN

Operations Manager

Graeme has over 15 years experience operating, repairing, and assembling a vast variety of oilfield equipment; ranging from steam boilers, pressure injection trailers, frac monitoring, pressure trucks and hot oilers. With the experience that Graeme has, he is able to assist customers all over the world with troubleshooting, repairs, and training while ensuring all local customers are always looked after. Graeme strives to ensure all customers receive top quality service from the team at GenTex.

CONNOR CUPPLES (B.Comm)

Parts + Sales Manager

Connor graduated from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business with his Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in International Business and a Minor in Political Science. Connor has been with GenTex formally since 2013, but has also worked summers prior to 2013 in a variety of departments.
